These terms govern use of Veridock Shipping website features, tracking services, customer portal, and related shipment coordination tools.

2. Service Nature

Transit estimates, milestone timing, and rates are planning references and may change based on route conditions, customs events, weather, and carrier operations.

3. Account Responsibilities

Account holders are responsible for protecting login credentials, ensuring contact details are accurate, and reporting unauthorized access immediately.

4. Data Accuracy

Clients and receivers are responsible for timely confirmation of shipment information. Correction requests are subject to admin review before updates are applied.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, misuse shipment identifiers, or submit fraudulent shipment data.

6. Limitation

Veridock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service disruptions outside reasonable operational control.
